The general objective of the project is to raise young people’s awareness of the importance of taking responsibility for civic participation and social engagement, through non-formal education, intercultural cooperation, and the development of the necessary skills. The project empowers young people to take an active role in the personal, as well as the social and civic development of their communities, with a special focus on the inclusion of young people in line with European values.
Target group: 45 young people aged 16–24 from five countries — Romania, Greece, Turkey, Serbia and North Macedonia — including 25 young people with reduced opportunities.
Association “Zdravo i zeleno” partner from Serbia. Through 23 sessions of non-formal education, intercultural cooperation and practical activities, participants develop civic and social skills, digital and media competences, creativity and personal initiative, as well as tolerance, understanding of diversity and intercultural dialogue. The central message of the project is that responsibility means power — the power to participate, create and influence one’s own future and the future of Europe.
